There are ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ANY SOFTWARE. All Sales Are Final. Orders that have been sent via e-mail at the request of the customer are final as soon as an e-mail message containing either code or links to code online are e-mailed to customer. Knightlite makes every effort to allow our customers to evaluate our software through our on-line downloads before purchase. We provide Internet Versions of our software for evaluation purposes. This allows the user to safely use the demo software for as long as he/she wishes before making a purchase. If you find that your installation software media is defective, please call us at 203-598-3828.
Some of our software including Signal 18, A*L*S, Signal 102, EMT-I, Company Officer, Pumping Apparatus, Aerial Apparatus, Building Construction, Vehicle Extrication, First Responder, and HazMat Study Helpers come with the option to unlock Knightlite TestMaker. To unlock the TestMaker modules you first locate the password key number in your "About" window. You then call our toll free line for credit card payment of the upgrade and we give you the key number to unlock TestMaker. (Upgrade pricing is available at the specific sites.) You then enter your key number into the software to unlock TestMaker.
Free technical support is available at 1-203-598-3828 Tech Support Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Weekends by chance. Please do not call our toll free number. You will NOT get Tech Support at that number.
