Please note, this table like many shown here are brand new, and the tops have not had time to darken. Cherry gets darker as it is exposed to sunlight and oxygen. In a few months these tables will build a beautiful patina. Also these pictures were taken outside on a cloudy day, so they are washed out a little.

The Christmas Table has been a holiday favorite in Southern New England since first introduced by James Redway Furniture Makers during the Christmas of 1986. Handmade out of solid cherry one at a time, the Christmas Table is the hallmark of New England Craftsmanship. Constructed of solid cherry, the carved skirt and tapered legs give the table a "clean line look." The top corners are chamfered making it the first toddler safe table (no sharp edges). It's strong 18th Century styled pinned mortise and tenon construction, guarantees that it will see many Christmas mornings. In fact the Christmas Table carries a lifetime guarantee. Each table is finished with 5 hand-rubbed applications of tung oil. The tables are available in three shades. Natural Cherry, Medium Brown (honey), and Dark Cherry. The one pictured here is finished in a natural finish.
