Shipping:

All in stock orders are shipped within 48 hours. We e-mail you when we ship. Custom orders and items that are not in stock are shipped within 4 - 10 weeks after  receiving the order depending on the size of the piece.

 

Most of the tables we sell are small enough to be shipped via UPS. Shipping charges are the exact UPS charges plus a crating fee. Larger pieces are shipped freight collect. We ship UPS Ground.


Catalogs:

We no longer provide printed catalogs of our furniture. Catalogs can be downloaded in Adobe Acrobat format.

All of the furniture shown in the online catalog comes with a 30 day money back guarantee (shipping charges not included) If you are not completely satisfied with our furniture send it back in its original condition and will give you a full refund. (Except For Crating, shipping and handling charges.) We don't want our customers to ever think they were "stuck" with one of our pieces - we like to be able to sleep at night. After almost 21 years in the business we have only had a few pieces ever returned.

Custom Orders:

We do not provide a 30 day money back guarantee on custom orders. All customer designed orders are final. Orders that slightly modify our designs may or may not be taken back depending upon how much it deviates from our normal designs. Any custom order taken back by Redway Furniture will be subjected to a 15% service charge of the total sale. Shipping and crating charges are not refundable.

All returned orders must be received in their original condition. Damaged finishes will be subject to a refinishing charge. Structural damaged pieces will not be accepted at all, and will be returned to the customer.


Limited Lifetime Warranty:

All James Redway pieces are covered by a lifetime warranty on workmanship. If one of our pieces ever fails due to our workmanship, we will repair or replace the piece free of charge. (Shipping and charges are the responsibility of the customer)
